  1. Design & Personalization
    After your order is placed, our team begins preparing your artwork. This may include creating, adjusting, or fine-tuning the design to make sure it’s just right for you.
    👉 Once the artwork is completed, you may receive an email confirmation with the final design before we move forward with production. This ensures everything looks perfect before printing.
  2. Printing & Production 🎨
    Once the design is confirmed, your product moves into printing and production. Each item is crafted with attention to detail to ensure quality and uniqueness.
  3. Quality Check & Packaging 📦
    Before shipping, every product is carefully inspected and securely packed to protect it during transit.
  4. Shipping & Delivery 🚚
    Your order is then handed over to our trusted shipping partners for delivery to your address. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can follow its journey.

Estimated Timeline

Orders are processed and updated on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Here’s the general timeline for each stage:

  • Design & Artwork Confirmation: 1-2 business days (you may receive an email with your completed artwork for confirmation before production).
  • Printing & Production: 2–7 business days. ( Production time may also differ depending on the specific product you order, as each item requires a unique crafting process.)
  • Shipping & Delivery: Typically 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Additional Note on Shipments 🚚✨
Please note that due to certain circumstances (such as availability of products, different production times, or logistics reasons), your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment, and rest assured that you will not incur any extra shipping fees.

 

Shipping Fees & Customs Duties

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. Any applicable fees will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.
  • Customs & Import Taxes: For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot control or predict these charges, as they are determined by your country’s customs office.
  • Refused Packages: If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties or incorrect address details, we will not be able to provide a refund.
